What we collect

Only what you hand us. If you book a call, that is your name, email, phone number and whatever you type into the booking form. If you email or call us instead, it is whatever is in that message.

Why we collect it

To call you at the time you picked, and to answer you. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It tells us how many people visited a page and roughly where in the world they were. It does not set a cookie, does not follow you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. That is why this site has no cookie banner.

Who else sees it

Bookings run through Cal.com and land on a shared Google Calendar, so those two companies process your booking details as part of making the booking work. Email sent to our address is routed by Cloudflare into a Google inbox. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Client information

If you become a client, we hold what we need to do the work: your business details, the posts we make for you, the performance numbers those posts earn, and your payment history. You can see all of it in your dashboard. We never ask for your account passwords.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry details, about a year. Client records, for as long as you are a client and then as long as we have to keep them for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold on you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Either way, email hello@themarketingoutletgroup.com.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
