Nothing on this website is an agreement. Booking a call books a call. Work starts only when we have both agreed, in writing, what we are doing and what it costs.

Month to month

Service runs one month at a time. There is no minimum term, no setup fee, and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling

Tell us in writing — an email is enough. We finish and publish the posts you have already approved for the month you have paid for, and nothing bills after that.

Approval

You see every post before it is public. Nothing is published without your yes. If you do not respond to a post we have sent for approval, it sits unpublished until you do; we will not publish it on your behalf.

Who owns the work

You do. Every caption, graphic and video we make for your business belongs to your business, during the engagement and after it ends. You can keep using it, edit it, or hand it to someone else. We ask only to show the work as a sample of ours, and if you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.

Your accounts

You keep ownership and control of your own accounts. We work through manager access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time without asking us.

What you give us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us — prices, hours, offers — and for having the right to use any photos, logos or material you hand over.

Payment

Monthly by bank transfer, in advance, on the same date each month.

What we do not promise

We do not promise followers, views, sales, or a ranking. We promise the work described in your plan: posts planned, written, designed, approved by you, published on a schedule, and reported back honestly.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes, and current clients hear about it before their next billing date.
